Dan Healey

Dan Healey is a professor of modern Russian history at the University of Oxford. His most recent publication is the book “Russian Homophobia from Stalin to Sochi” (2018). He is also the author of “Homosexual Desire in Revolutionary Russia: The Regulation of Sexual and Gender Dissent” (2008), one of the first and few studies of Soviet LGBT history. In addition, Dan Healey has edited publications on studies of Russian masculinity and Soviet medicine.
