Larysa Kobelianska

Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, associate professor, expert, and consultant for international projects. Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Earned her Candidate of Philosophical Sciences degree at the Institute of Philosophy of the NAS of Ukraine. Taught at the Ukrainian Transport University and the Dnipro Mining Institute, and worked at the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Deputy vice-president of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (2012–2013).
